We are seeking a Part-time Office Administrator to join our team in the St. Clairsville, OH office. This part-time position works 16-24 hours per week.

This person will facilitate projects' administrative needs, including proposal prep, document formatting, billing, ordering, and stocking supplies, and equipment, assisting with travel arrangements, greeting clients, and other correspondence. This role engages with other Office Admins/Project Management Assistants in the company to share in project support workload. This role also handles all details related to events and meetings in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and format proposals, estimates, correspondence, reports, and other documents;
  • Maintain office checking/credit card accounts, vehicle keys, rental requests, and gasoline charge cards;
  • Maintain filing system/organization of correspondence/account information;
  • Coordinate office functions and client-related meetings and functions;
  • Operate and maintain standard office equipment including computer, copier, postage meter and scale, and lamination machine;
  • Ensure interactions via phone, email, or in-person with clients and other company employees are professional and welcoming;
  • Collaborate with other office support staff, if needed, to ensure project deadlines are met;
  • Order supplies and field equipment for the office and keep shelves stocked;
  • Update project database and collect timesheet information
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with multiple departments
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
