We are a successful company operating in eight states, and we are looking to fill a Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager Position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our company and use your team-building expertise.
Your primary duties in this full-time, exempt, salaried position will include, but not be limited to:
· Manage and direct all sales, administrative and field operations to achieve division goals of sales, revenue, profits, customer satisfaction/retention, project enhancements, and safety records
· Hire, train and supervise Account Managers, Production Managers, Construction/Enhancement Managers, and Administrative staff; make decisions and recommendations on personnel actions relating to employment matters
· Develop and manage project service requirements, including but not limited to goals and objectives, resource allocation/utilization, labor management, revenue generation, profit margins, quality control and customer satisfaction
· Perform other project-oriented assignments and tasks related to the general business operations of the Company, under the direction of the General Manager.
Horticulture / Landscape Maintenance Position Requirements:
- Customer Service and Time Management skills are extremely important
- Horticulture related degree preferred or 4 plus years in similar role at a landscape maintenance company
- Minimum 4 years of experience in management of the landscape maintenance industry, horticulture industry, or related field
- Organized and detailed an absolute must
- Must be personable and have above average communication skills
- Must have basic financial knowledge of daily P&L management, as responsible party for your team’s financial goals.
- Aspire landscape software knowledge a plus
- Must have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
