Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential or hotel settings. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Launder and iron clothes as needed
- Stock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and operating equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic cooking skills may be required for certain positions
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
