The Role You’ll Play:
Responsible for completing the required number of Evaluator, Operator Qualification and Drug & Alcohol assessments for each calendar year and document the results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for the comprehension and translation of Operator Qualification and Drug & Alcohol Policies and Procedures.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Be:
- Open, perform and close Evaluator audits monthly.
- Open, perform and close drug and alcohol (D&A) audits, as required.
- Open, perform and close Operator Qualification (OQ) audits, as required.
- Open, perform and close assessments, as required.
- Compose and distribute final reports for each type of audit/assessment.
- Plan and schedule all travel, as required.
- Update appropriate spreadsheets and databases, as required.
- Supports, participates and adheres to the organization’s Information Security Management
- System program, complying with all established policies and procedures relating to the ISMS.
- Also responsible for the protection of company information assets under their care or operation.
- All employees have a professional duty to report any information security issues or incidents or situations that present potential security risks to their direct supervisor and/or the Management Rep.
- Supports, participates and adheres to the organization’s Information Security Management System program, complying with all established policies and procedures relating to the ISMS including, but not limited to:
- Responsible for the protection of company information assets under their care or operation
- All employees have a professional duty to report any information security issues or incidents or situations that present potential security risks to their direct supervisor and/or the Management Representative
- Operate within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT to help both operators and contractors stay compliant.
- Working knowledge of Information Security systems and other resources supporting their information security processes.
- Safety, Inspection, Quality Assurance, Pipeline, experience preferred.
