Payrate: $43.00-$45.00/hr
Seeking Quality Representative to Support QN Tag Write Up Requirements in support of customer requirements.
Quality Representative will be on site at Customer Facility.
1st & 2nd Shift Openings
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Capturing and processing different types of problems or defects which are identified during inspection
- Capture individual defect items pertaining to the problem and analyze the root causes of the defect.
- Document a nonconformity found in a single order or from a batch of materials
Ideal candidate will have:
- Min 10 years of Quality Management experience
- working knowledge of specific customer requirements
- RCCA experience
Requirements:
- Candidate must have knowledge and practical experience of the AS9102 standard.
- This should include at least 4-5 years of experience inspecting all aspects of first article packages in accordance with the standard, along with at least 5 years in quality.
- Strong background in manufacturing in the aerospace or military / defense industries required.
- Practical experience inspecting aerospace components and assemblies is necessary as well as knowledge of applicable industry standards is highly desired.
- Must understand Purchasing documents, specifications, shop planning, drawings, 3D models and other technical instructions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, digital product definition interpretation
- Demonstrate evidence of product specific knowledge and experience as required
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
