About the Role
This role requires extensive experience in Workers Compensation compliance reporting and a full understanding of IAIABC Release 3.1 EDI claim standards as well as industry best practices in data management. This knowledge is required to serve as the conduit between external trading partners, state clients and the software development team through which the system requirements flow.
In this role you will be expected to communicate effectively with internal staff, client services and the development team as well as any and all external data reporters in order to identify and diagnose data reporting issues and determine appropriate resolution measures.
About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Provide support for wcCapture FROI/SROI and Medical reporting products for new client implementations, existing client maintenance (which includes researching client requirements, IAIABC standards, and providing detailed responses to emails on behalf of clients), serve as working meeting host and provide other various client support processes.
- Provide specifications/information needed for wcCapture system changes to comply with state requirement changes for IAIABC standards to have these changes implemented into wcCapture systems.
- Provide support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter (which includes SQL support).
- Responsible for keeping manager apprised of customer issues during and after integration as well as providing updates regarding account progress and potential red flags.
- Provide support and training to wcCapture clients and their Trading Partners including the ISO hosted website, the wcCapture system, the wcPrism free web system, and the Trading Partner Profile Registration system.
- Manage specifications for wcCapture state website updates, state announcements; create and manage the client Implementation Guide and Test Plan
- Manage the client announcement distribution, the completion of the weekly trading partner profile updates.
- Monitor and update all EDI Medical Code Lists to ensure the latest code values are present in the system.
- Manage the documentation and maintenance of the ISO edits and conditions.
- Research, diagnostics, and issue resolution play a large role in day to day.
Qualifications
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role
- College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 5 years’ experience in client facing services role or equivalent experience required.
- Customer Service/Project Management skills required
- Excellent troubleshooting ability required
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent required
- Mastery of IAIABC Claims standards (Release 3.0 and 3.1) required
- Data Reporting Experience required
- Data Processing Experience required
- Data Analysis/Research Skills required
- Existing relationships with state accident boards preferred
- Must be available to travel in response to business needs
