Overview:
To ensure that all common technical service requests are handled to meet or exceed client expectations using the tools and training provided.
What you'll do:
- Learn how to log, prioritize, assign, and troubleshoot all calls, voicemails, emails, trouble tickets and walk-up requests reporting technical problems
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for difficult user problems, referring more complex problems to next level of technical staff
- Manage deliverables associated with a project by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks
- Provide support at depositions, as needed, by functioning as "on-site" IT support
- Serve as first level support for all Veritext web applications and software
- Provide technical support for colleagues and clients for video products
- Provide assistance to court reporters, videographers, digital reporters and other independent contractors as applicable (e.g., directions, my equipment is not working, logistical issues, etc.); escalate to appropriate Veritext colleague if necessary
- Encourage Partner Portal use and be completely knowledgeable of all features
Who you are:
- Proficient in MS Office required
- Proficient in relevant software packages and applications
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines
- Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
