What you’ll be doing...
The Associate Director position will be located in Chicago Illinois (No remote support) and required to be onsite at Walgreens HQ in Deerfield IL majority of the time. Relocation assistance considered for qualified applicants.
The AD of the Walgreens NaaS Program owns the Executive Relationship at every sense of the word in Walgreens and Verizon. The AD will be on site and will act on behalf of Walgreens while balancing and leading Verizon’s vision. The right candidate will ingratiate themselves with the Walgreens executives down to their Directors across all areas which include Security, Project, Operations, Install, Day 2 etc.
This role needs an expert at navigating / satisfying multiple executive relationships on both sides and owning the outputs while remaining agile around creation and implementation of the strategic vision.
The AD will be responsible for:
- Building a partnership between Verizon and the customer for all activities planned and performed in the customer’s organization
- Leading the teams and accountability for all aspects of the Walgreens program (contractual compliance, governance, change, risk, delivery, operations, relationship & financial).
- Acting as the customer’s point of contact for all program activities.
- Providing a blueprint of program activity
- Ensuring contractual conformance, identify potential problems, set and adjusting prioritiesas needed
- Redirecting activities as necessary to achieve the goals of the program
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive supervisory experience in telecommunications preferably in managing large global accounts.
- Project Management & Program Management experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- ITIL Foundation Certificate and ITIL Intermediate Certification (Expert a plus).
- A degree.
- Strong management and demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, gainsight or relevant CRM tools.
- Working knowledge of GSuite.
- Experience working with large clients.
