What you’ll be doing...
Lead cross-functional teams to develop financial modeling and medium-term business unit growth strategies and drive transformational growth from inception through execution. Design and oversee end-to-end strategy and process maturity. Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop, implement, and execute strategies. Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve problems based on technology assessments. Lead sessions and assist product and brand teams to discover business opportunities and refine solutions. Provide recommendations to senior management and business leaders based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement. Develop perspectives on mid-term topics and lead business investments and results. Define multi-year business plans, including scenario planning, ROI analyses, market assessments, capability modeling, and operating model development. Utilize external research and analytics to understand market dynamics, trends, size, segmentation, customer needs, technologies, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the M&A team to inform inorganic strategy. Translate market-driven understandings into business insights and recommend actions to drive growth. Lead the development of strategic frameworks, customer and competitor insights, technology trend assessments, and business cases to frame a strategic vision for executive leadership. Work with global clients by utilizing Telecom, Networking, Wireless, and Solutions skills. Lead multiple projects or major work streams to deliver on the strategy. Apply data-based analytical thinking to respond to external marketplace trends and to frame medium-term operational levers, including distribution, customer care, and network operations. Conduct project management and operational support for marketing products and services. Lead national process improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience working with a global enterprise providing business unit or corporate strategy to top tier management on telecom, networking, and wireless solutions. 8 years of progressive experience conducting product development and strategic planning. Progressive experience therein to include 6 years working on operational and business transformation. 6 years of progressive experience defining multi-year business plans, including scenario planning, ROI analyses, market assessments, capability modeling, and operating model development. 6 years of progressive experience forecasting, revenue planning, and predicting market trends. 6 years of progressive experience collaborating and partnering with diverse stakeholders, such as development, network, finance, strategy, marketing, advertising, and sales teams. 6 years of progressive experience leading multiple projects or major work streams to deliver on the strategy. Provide demonstrated examples of having led through influence, building of engagement, and partnering across a diverse set of stakeholders, including Development, Network, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Advertising, and Sales teams. Knowledge of Telecom’s product portfolio. Must have the ability to work from home.
