What you’ll be doing...
We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment that performs troubleshooting, driving issues to resolution, and related functions. You’ll be doing regular troubleshooting and maintenance, keeping inventories, doing audits, and creating reports. You’ll also be analyzing our network coverage and finding ways to make it even better.
Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance.
Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations.
Configuring network routers and switches for network optimization.
Complying with company- and industry-wide standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency.
Providing timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams; communicating technical details in a clear and concise manner.
You’ll be keeping our facilities and equipment in top form by maintaining several locations in your assigned area. You’ll be doing regular maintenance, keeping inventories, doing audits, and creating reports. You’ll also be analyzing our network coverage and finding ways to make it even better.
This job will require the successful candidate to live in or near either Ada, Blanchard, Ardmore, Durant Oklahoma or areas SE of Oklahoma City.
Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of base station equipment, RF transmitters, and Fiber network.
Testing the fiber network and integrating network hardware to bring new products on-air and enhance customer experience.
Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations.
Configuring network routers and switches for network optimization.
Conducting routine, preventative maintenance on assigned cell sites to identify potential issues during general site inspections.
Complying with company- and industry-wide standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency.
Physical requirements of the job may include, but are not limited to: climbing stairs and ladders, working from elevated areas, lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 65 pounds, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting/bending, and crawling, squatting, or kneeling in small spaces.

Additional Job Description
- Monitor the network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot to resolve network incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
- Support in maintenance activities including installation, repair, administration, and technical support of the network equipment.
- Run reports on the status of network operations back to leadership to determine areas for improvement or concern.
- Provide logistical support to engineers deployed in the field, instructing on dispatch, and provisioning requests.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Valid Driver's license.
Willingness to travel up to approximately up to 75% of the time.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Technically aligned Bachelor's Degree, Certifications - (CCNA, CCNP, and/or other vendor equivalents).
Experience in routers, switches, Firewalls, load balancers and connection correlation from end to end.
Experience in 4G/5G platforms.
Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations.
Strong customer service/vendor management experience.
