Come join our User Experience (UX) Research team as a Research Manager! As a Research Manager, you will report into our Research Team Manager. You will manage and lead a small (1-5 people) team’s output in UX research for our Rapid Research team, as well as support other research initiatives. You will be part of an extensive mentorship network, coached not only by your manager but by multiple talented, experienced researchers who will inspire you to do your best work and help you to progress in your career.
- Manage a small UX research team for your assigned area.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, product marketing and key stakeholders to plan and execute on UX research.
- Plan and run workshops and assist or guide the process through the various stages of UX research process including: project kick-offs, UX research brief, research planning, data collection, analysis, readout, and documentation.
- Organize, manage, and moderate UX research, which will include interviews, surveys, prototype/concept testing, on-site observations, and more.
- Immerse yourself in the user journey through our products and those of our competitors, to help craft the user experience and ensure the user is placed at the center of the design and development process throughout.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Experience as a researcher in an applied setting
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
- A degree in UX, HCI, Marketing, Business, Data Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Design Research, Media Studies, a related, user-centered / human-centered subject.
- Great visual communication skills
- Excellent project management, administrative, and delegation skills
- End to end SaaS product experience
- Lean / Kanban training and expertise in Lean / Kanban methodology
- Experience in Design Thinking
- Experience with Service Design
