Manager Creative Marketing

What you’ll be doing...

The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing strategies, tactics and marketing programs designed to meet growth, revenue, churn and brand health objectives across the Verizon Consumer Home portfolio.

• Establish the creative marketing communications strategy of the company.

• Conceptualize marketing plans through the development of communications positioning and develops campaigns in line with the marketing/business objectives that reinforce the company’s overall branding and desired image and deliver on key KPIs.

• Lead marketing professionals and external agencies to evaluate competitive activity, create strategy, and execute integrated marketing communication plans to impact target audiences.

• Author comprehensive and focused creative briefs for complex products.

• Develop and implement traditional broadcast and content /digital programs to drive business results.

• Synthesize and evaluate commissioned research/analytics to optimize positioning and track communication performance.

• Work across the organization for stakeholder alignment on communications across business leads, media, consumer insights and GTM teams.

• Monitor, evaluate and understand innovative marketing activity within our industry and best in class.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading development and production of 360 degree marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

• A degree.
• Six or more years of Marketing/Advertising experience.
• Created integrated communications programs for consumer-focused services or products.
• Presented your ideas to a range of audiences with success.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.
