What you’ll be doing...
You will be part of the very talented product organization in the Corporate Systems Group and responsible for working with product owners, domain SMEs and enterprise architects.The Product Manager will be responsible for leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.You willwork across customers, Architects, and other stakeholders to convert solutions into realizable business value.The Product Manager develops positive relationships with all HR/HRIS teams and is responsible for the coordination on program/project, initiation, planning, execution, management, and closing. This person is responsible for projects of moderate to high complexity with leadership impact, influence and visibility.
- Elevating the voice of Design and Research across the organization, advocating for customer empathy and a human-centered approach.
- Partnering with leaders in product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to define the high-level strategy and bring clarity to what is most important in the short and long term.
- Identifying places to improve consistency and process across teams, including support for holistic customer journeys and design systems, across channels and experiences.
- Capture and synthesize information from usability tests, discovery sessions, on-site research (and more) into actionable insights and recommendations.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Learning experience as a Product Owner or Domain Architect or Product Manager experience.
Even better if you have:
- Experience working with agile or scrum teams from product design through feature delivery - even better if you have worked with scaled agile.
- Deep knowledge on Workday integration technologies - SOAP API, REST API, EIB, Cloud Connect, Studio along with broad knowledge of middleware technologies like Informatica.
- Knowledge on the Workday security is a plus.
- Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.
- Demonstrable experience working in project oriented hard-working teams.
- Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling, etc.
- Good attention to detail, goal oriented. Must be able to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests.
- Commitment to excellence in delivery of customer service.
- Comfortable in working with personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software development, testing, maintenance, and support.
- Mentorship skills to provide guidance and timely feedback for other developers
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products strongly desired - Confluence & Jira.
- Knowledge of Workday Extend and Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Knowledge of integrating with Cloud technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS) OR GCP is a plus.
