What you’ll be doing...
The Fleet PMO team within the GN&T organization works to provide safe, reliable equipment in a cost-efficient manner to enable the business. PMO works to ensure the successful integration of processes and systems while launching new/enhanced products, systems, processes,and strategic transformational initiatives. You’ll be leading projects that will drive THE best experience for Fleet and its business partners, every time. You’ll bring together cross-functional teams to work together and develop and implement launch readiness programs that drive vehicle safety, the optimization of capital assets, cost efficiency, electrification of the Fleet, and an exceptional user/employee experience.

You will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
- Agile, DMAIC, or Project Management certification (GB, BB, PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Project Portfolio Management tools or experience with Smartsheets.
- Working knowledge of Google suite, excel, and process mapping software such as iGrafx or Visio.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, complex projects, and large cross-functional teams to deliver quality results.
- Experience of building high-performance and trusted professional credibility.
- Experience navigating difficult conversations and effectively resolving conflict within a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering to senior leadership.
- Ability to distill large amounts of data into meaningful, actionable summaries for executive presentations.
- Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and think creatively to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action to keep program schedules on track.
- Strong proficiency with Google’s G-Suite.
