What you’ll be doing...

As the Business Intelligence UI/UX dashboard designer, with your UI analytical, statistical skillset, storytelling expertise, you will deliver business value through rich UI Dashboards and data analytics by driving insights to actions. One way you will accomplish this is by developing rich UI analytical dashboards using Qlik Sense and implementing Industry best practices. The analytical design thinking and user experience recommendations you provide will help business to make informed decisions.

• Act as a business enablement catalyst across multifunctional teams and be responsible for building innovative design solutions by performing comprehensive statistical data analysis using cutting-edge data visualizations and advanced AI&ML methods.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to identify critical items required from a visualization perspective.
• Present and communicate the findings in an understandable and actionable way.
• Perform thorough data analysis, uncover opportunities, address business problems, interpret business requests and translate that into Story boarding capabilities.
• Creating and maintaining data visualizations that educate, inform and engage business partners on key metrics, performance measures.
• Contribute to development of models around predictive recommendations, marketing attribution, financial forecasts to support the best decision making within the organization.
• Optimize reports and dashboards by implementing industry standards and best practices.
• Document and demonstrate UI design solutions by developing wireframes, production documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and models.
• Summarize, group, and visualize data sets and information for management and executive review utilizing Digital tools.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or other Quantitative fields or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Qlik Sense Data Architect Certification.
• Experience in Qlik Sense and other BI Visualization tools and data modeling and dashboard design concepts.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles, wireframes and storyboards.
• Experience in developing Machine Learning models using R and Python
• Experience in developing best-in-class Visualization and self-serve analytical using Qlik Sense that adheres to industry design standards.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in other BI tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau and Looker etc.
• Experience in design and implementation of ETL framework for complex data platforms using KNIME or Alteryx.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building E2E scalable mid to large size business intelligence (BI) solutions (data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses – or components of larger solutions to answer business questions with data).
• Experience in handling large volumes of data across multiple platforms including traditional (Teradata, Oracle) and Cloud-Based (Google Cloud, AWS) for scalable and efficient BI solutions.
• Experience in investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
• Experience in working with Business Intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals.
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional teams of managers and directors to gain consensus and execute to deliver results.
• Experience in process and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms and augmented intelligence platforms.
• Ability to work without close supervision communicate and manage priorities effectively to meet deliverables.
