The Campaign & Scale Scrum Lead (Campaign and Scale) is a critical member of the Agile Real Time Marketing- Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) team, which is responsible for driving FWA segment growth and achieving operational efficiencies by delivering relevant and timely content and experiences, orchestrated across all channels and devices, along the entire customer journey. The Scrum Lead has overall accountability for orchestrating the seamless operation of an agile scrum team - a pod, in the service of scaling tests that have been validated within a desired degree of statistical significance. The incumbent influences the speed and sequence in which our emerging stack of marketing technology comes online so scaling can progressively happen in an accelerated, more sustainable, tech-driven fashion.
- Leads the successful integration of approved tests into mainstream processes.
- Ensures tests are scaled across relevant channels, media, and audiences.
- Optimizes the realization of benefits by creatively decomposing tests into components that can be scaled now, and components for which conditions to scale need to be created.
- Actively influences the testing direction of the Test and Learn sub-pod; helping avoid collisions by briefing them on upcoming campaigns, and serving as a source of testing ideas based on business insights.
- Leads all Agile ceremonies for the sub-pod: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Leverages and contributes to best practices within the Agile Real Time Marketing program.
- Seeks connections with other scrum leads, and actively influences the Enablement pod and the timing and sequence in which our emerging MarTech technologies come online.
- Partners with the Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure proper planning, execution, and adherence to the VCG IM workflow processes.
- Owns execution of initiatives - across all channels - in the FWA Business.
