What you’ll be doing...
You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
Building, developing and mentoring your sales team.
Provide hiring, performance management and ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality and service objectives.
Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
Maintaining the operations of your store by running retail inventory compliance.
Engaging in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
Provides solutions of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and / or customers.

You’ll need to have :
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and / or military experience, or specialized training.
Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
Even better if you have one or more of the following :
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
Set goals, evaluated performance and developed a high performing team.

C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $63,000.00 and $117,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule.
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more.
For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
