What you’ll be doing...
As a Consultant for Work Forward and other key HR initiatives, you'll be supporting various efforts to enable future of work at Verizon. You'll be designing and implementing priorities set by program management frameworks, building and maintaining relationships with cross functional teams, and delivering data driven insights and trends to track progress and enable agile decision making.
- Prioritize project work in accordance with program strategy and goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a range of cross-functional internal stakeholders and sponsors to plan, scope out, and deliver on business problems.
- Monitor and track defined project deliverables and success metrics.
- Conduct research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and issues, and develop creative solutions.
- Develop and deliver executive level reports and presentations.
- Operate at all levels of the organization and continuously raise the bar to drive teams to deliver high quality results.

You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with reporting/visualization tools.
- Experience with MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ GSuite.
- Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience with developing, implementing, and tracking metrics, data analysis, and reporting at the organizational level.
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills.
- Strong organization skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Stormboard or similar.
- Exposure to change management.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $94,000 and $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
