You will support the sales team, drive an efficient and seamless sales floor, while maintaining the organization and efficiency of the store. You will help to maximize sales opportunity and deliver the Versace customer experience. Give a professional welcome to customers at the entrance of the store Ensure the run between the stock and the sales floor Support the team by maintaining stock, replenishing the sales floor and maintaining quality standards Understand customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates Answer questions with confidence and give advice to customers if needed Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE Previous experience in retail – luxury preferred Computer skills to include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email WE’D LOVE TO SEE Strong teamworking and relationship skills Flexibility, adaptive and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment OUR DIVERSITY VALUE At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
