THE JOB
Version-X, a branding and graphic design agency, is looking to fill an on-site Digital Marketing Coordinator position at our office in Bend, OR.
We are looking primarily for someone with a talent for creating social content that generates awareness and exposure for clients as well as for our own agency and content creation studio. Other tasks would revolve around assisting in the day-to-day creative projects, agency and office tasks going on in whatever ways best fit your skill set.
At Version-X we create and help promote brands, usually consumer product brands in the healthy lifestyle categories. The work we do runs the full gamut: from strategy and positioning to packaging design, website design, photo/video shoots and all the graphics for all of those things and then some.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Outlining, researching, planning, writing and executing engaging content for social platform posts
- Helping to devise and execute a social content/digital marketing plan across multiple platforms
- Engaging with and growing social media communities
- Orchestrating and managing influencer campaigns
- Gathering and understanding project requirements, helping to develop project briefs and implementing solutions
- Managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
- Researching new digital tools and processes that improve quality and efficiency
DESIRED CAPABILITIES:
- Creative writing skills to put a post together that sounds authentic and engaging
- An eye for aesthetics that fit the brand's personality
- An ability to understand and speak to various target audiences based on the client/brand
- Great independent research skills
- Passion, attitude, aptitude & enthusiasm to be a key member in a small but growing team
- Excellent attention to detail to put out mistake-free content
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills including being able to interact with clients and engaging and corresponding with customers, social influencers and fans
- The ability to take verbal and written direction and translate it into on-target results
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities, create goals and accomplish them with great attention to detail
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to do digital better than our client’s competition
- The willingness and ability to do everything from administrative tasks to senior level strategy
BONUS SKILLS:
Extra consideration will be given to candidates with any of the following experience:
- Photography and photo editing
- Videography and video editing
- experience with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.
- Professional graphic design/typography skills
- Hands-on experience working with some of the following or similar programs: HootSuite (or similar service), Google Analytics, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Canva, Adobe suite
INTERN TRACK:
Don’t have any experience but are a quick learner and have a knack for writing and social posting? Lesser qualified candidates can still be considered for an entry-level Social/Digital Marketing Intern position where you can learn the ropes and hone your skills.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation offered depends on experience, talent and capabilities. Here are some baselines:
- Intern: $13-15/hr
- Junior: $16-18/hr
- Mid: $19-22/hr
