We are currently seeking a proven, proactive and performance-driven Relationship Manager for our Field Accounts. The Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting the management of all the accounts held within the Field Account Executive Team. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by meeting all relationship, communication, and project goals set by the client and Vertafore. The role demands leveraging working relationships across internal teams to resolve customer inquiries while being able to identify and hand-off any/all potential opportunities for net-net revenue throughout all customer interactions.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Expand Vertafore’s positive relationship with Vertafore’s largest customers by:
- Managing day-to-day sales and operational items as they arise by understanding the issue, creating accountability within Vertafore and the client, and driving the items to resolution across multiple teams and organizations
- Understanding and resolving account and billing concerns
- Timely and clear communication with Customers regarding the status of their inquiry
- Retain existing revenue through building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish collaborative relationships with the customer’s operational and technical VPs and Directors
- Expeditiously and effectively resolve customer concerns and strategic objectives
- Engage with Vertafore senior leadership and internal teams to quickly resolve customer account items
- Regularly perform against individual quarterly activity targets tied to specific sales objectives
- Deliver support and insight to the Field AE’s and their account base
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
