Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our organization. As a DPT, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, including medical history review, physical examination, and assessment of functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to facilitate pain reduction and functional improvement.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and educate patients on self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Doctor Physical Therapy (DPT) / or equivalent grandfathered degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $115.00 - $130.00 per hour
