What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Coordinator position at Vertical Alliance Group Inc?

We provide LMS platforms for multiple industries and we’re currently looking for an individual who will manage our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform by maintaining accurate data and reporting / analyzing reports with a focus on data integrity.


Vertical Alliance Group is a well-established company, in business since 1999, with headquarters located in the Texarkana area.

As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for all data sources that are accurately imported and audited into the CRM for use by the sales team for prospecting clients and maintenance of existing client needs. This position will also be required to manage the customization of data fields to provide specialized reports.

Must-have’s for the position:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM’s (Salesforce CSM experience required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write and follow processes / checklists

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 0 - 2 years experience in SalesForce or other related CRM platforms required
