Established in 1999 that provided ‘Made in America’ products and services to a wide range of industries including: Automotive, Medical Devices, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Warehouse & Distribution and much more.
Fastube is looking hire an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our dynamic team! Successful candidates will have ideally worked in OEM and Tier I customers, but not required and have a solid level of experience with the types of specialized products and services.

Job Purpose
The Inside Sales Rep role will act as a liaison between the internal and external groups in order to best service our customers’ needs. Successful candidates will proactively manage all aspects of the sales process via their support the outside Territory Managers, keep the customer engaged with Fastube and address any questions the customer has.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture customer job specifications and accurately maintain updates within the Company’s ERP
- Enter customer orders, providing relevant information to internal and external parties
- Oversee and ensure successful fulfillment of orders, working closely with the customer, production and the plant manager.
- Work with purchasing to monitor inventory levels
- Interact directly with customers to provide status updates and fulfill service needs
- Maintain product knowledge and understanding of customer needs/requirements
- Actively retrieve purchase orders from customer portals
- Provide a full suite of support to the outside sales team through report generation, fulfilling data requests, coordination of proposal requests and purchase orders
- Manage all customer claims up to and including claims resolution
- Monitor shipments to ensure on time delivery and communicate any changes or delays to the customer
- Maintain accurate customer profile information
- Service incoming sales calls, emails and faxes
- Provide customers with quotations, product availability and technical information
- Proactively call customers to maintain company exposure
- Review and follow-up on outstanding quotes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers to better service their requirements
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have significant, demonstrated experience with the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing or similar job experience. High school diploma required; associates/bachelor’s degree helpful but not required
- Two to Three (2-3) years minimum experience in inside sales/account management with a manufacturer, distributor or wholesale industrial supply company preferred but not required
- Sales and account manager experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and results orientated
- Ability to manage own time effectively and to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt to change and provide input on processes and procedures to help streamline the systems
- Highly organized and accountable for own actions. Ability to work with little supervision / independently and make sound decisions.
- Can communicate effectively across all channels and build relationships easily
- Previous experience using ERP/CRM software for account management and to process orders – i.e. Salesforce preferred
- Proficient MS office suite skills
- May travel to see customers. Under 25% per year

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
