Ashburn Veterinary Hospital, and Fancy Paws Cat Clinic are looking for a full-time client service representative to join our unique team.
We are looking for a special individual that shares our love for dogs but has a passion for providing exceptional customer service! We are looking for a permanent addition to our team and someone who will enjoy learning and growing professionally within our practice.
Our hospital needs a highly motivated individual who is able to multi-task and is extremely detail oriented. Applicant must be self-motivated and focused on providing exceptional customer service. At least two years experience in customer service is required. Professional, articulate and organized is a must.
We provide a very high level of customer service to our clients and want to bring someone on board who can assist in a variety of roles and make our clients and their pets feel valued.
Tasks will include:
Answering the phone
* Learning client and patient names and creating a welcoming environment
* Learning how to properly answer client questions and provide education
Checking clients/patients in and out
Scheduling appointments appropriately
Maintain medical records properly and legally
Filling medications
Cleaning
Must have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
