In addition to being AAHA accredited, we provide a wide range of services including specialty services such as acupuncture and TPLO. Our team consists of 6 Doctors, 11 Assistants, and 3 Technicians. Some Of The Responsibilities Of a Receptionist Are

Some Of The Responsibilities Of a Receptionist Are
- Clean and maintain both canine and feline kennels
- Accurately process payments
- Facilitate positive client interactions and bond clients to our practice
- Schedule boarding appointments including conducting boarding consultations
- Develop a working knowledge of common wellness needs for dogs and cats
- Develop a working knowledge of common illnesses for dogs and cats
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion while remaining professional providing a home-away-from-home experience for our boarders and clients
- Be able to accurately multitask while maintaining great customer service
- Other responsibilities as assigned
