What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at VetCor?
Do you say "meh" to dogs and pocket pets? Do you wince whenever a known land shark walks through the door? Are you sick of smelling the Cocker Spaniel's ears before you even see them? Then Cat Care of Rochester Hills is the right clinic for you! We are a high-quality, multi-doctor, full-service FELINE ONLY hospital looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team of cat lovers. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule; however, rotating evening and Saturday shifts will be required.
Our veterinary receptionists are the first and last contact with our clients, which makes the receptionist one of the most important people in the clinic! Our ideal candidate is a team-player who communicates well, both in-person and over the phone; has a friendly, out-going personality; has excellent computer skills; and can multi-task in a busy environment. Responsibilities include booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.
Benefits include a great hourly rate, career growth potential, health insurance, 401(k), vacation, training and more. If you are interested in joining our team, please send your resume to: Marianne Quigley, Hospital Manager.
