Pace Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a Full time Receptionist to our front desk team.
Our receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays in important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients
- faxing prescription requests
- Processing payments
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
