Overview
Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time HRIS Manager to support our client in Charlotte, NC.
The Talent Management Manager will design, create and execute enterprise wide talent practices to support organizational development and culture change, and be responsible for centrally managing specific annual HR core processes. The Talent Management Manager will collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders across the HR team to align execution for a more seamless talent management experience that delivers value to the business by designing and implement relevant programs supporting the broader talent strategy. Through strategic collaboration with business leads and the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), the Talent Management Manager will identify and facilitate appropriate interventions including, organizational design, succession planning, team-building, change management, leadership and talent development strategies, and performance management initiatives resulting in high employee engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute performance management annual cycle, including but not limited to:
- Communication strategy and messages
- Create and facilitate training
- Manage reporting requirements, and cascade reporting to business
- Execute engagement survey strategy and program, including but not limited to:
- Communications strategy and messages
- Create and facilitate training as needed
- Manage reporting requirements for survey data and manager action planning
- Create and manage Global Employee Engagement Survey calendar
- Partner with vendor on survey design and execution
- Partner with HR leaders to determine the strategy for ongoing culture pulse surveys
- Consult with HRBPs and key stakeholders to identify issues and gather data to determine effective talent engagement and change management strategies
- Facilitate solutions to team effectiveness issues, identify appropriate interventions and ensure sustained resolution
- Partner with HRBPs and Training and Development to implement recommended strategies and solutions
- Lead and facilitate internal organization design processes
- Collaborate with the Training and Development team to design and deliver interventions for supervisor and manager populations
- Manage the coordination and overall project management for programs such as Talent Planning, Leadership / Executive Development Training, 360 feedback processes, and competency models and assessment tools
- Assess current state and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of talent and leadership development strategies
- Measure the outcomes and results of talent development processes to ensure continuous improvement and provide metrics and reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience in OD/Change Management, L&D or related field is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science (Psychology, Sociology, I/O Psychology) Business Administration is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expertise in organizational and leadership development strategies and theories
- Subject matter expert in Organizational Development and Effectiveness disciplines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent business acumen, focused on process and system improvement
- Ability to engage directly with senior-level executives and employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational development and change management initiatives
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks for optimum effectiveness, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and manage large projects effectively from start to finish
- Able to easily adjust to changes within the organization, priorities, or management direction without losing sight of all other expected work outcomes
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- High level of diplomacy and discretion is required to serve as a professional representative of Human Resources
- Strong data and analytical ability. Good systems thinking and process orientation
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
- Procsi Change Management trained or certified preferred
- 2 years’ experience in healthcare is preferred
- HR Certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ODCP/ODCC) preferred
- Experienced with SharePoint technology is preferred
- Experienced with Korn Ferry competency model preferred
