Dickies - Global Supply Planner The Global Supply Planner will coordinate, prepare, and track the global Planning process by setting up the seasonal Global Buy Calendar, collecting all regional input, and consolidating them in global requirements, by managing the consensus process. In Addition, this role is the primary liaison between the Dickies brand and the sourcing offices in USA, Asia, Europe, and Panama. The position is responsible for providing the brands with workable solutions to meet brand needs related to quality, cost, lead time, volume, production, and development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collecting all Production planning parameters (LT, MOQ) and all data needed to set the Seasonal Buy Calendar Taking part in the monthly buy process by collecting all regional inputs and consolidating them in a global requirement Preparing Buy & Buy Plan reporting to share with Sourcing offices. Following up on the Sourcing office's feedback and monitoring season production. Monitoring capacity and providing information for production priority in case of capacity issues Tracking the whole value chain and supervising Material commitments and liability Managing sample buy process by collecting all regional inputs, consolidating them in a global requirement, and monitoring sample production & and shipment. Preparing reports for Vendor performance (OTP, Production Shortage & Excess, Seconds) and for Global Initiatives Perform detailed product cost analysis including all cost components, correct duties, staff freight, and GP. Provide advice to the brands for cost reduction changes to garments and lead time reduction opportunities. Advise sourcing hubs of projections and buy plans to ensure capacity is sufficiently reserved to meet the Global needs. Work with Product Development and fabric development teams as needed to advise production locations. Help sourcing hubs troubleshoot when questions arise about processes including tech packs, casepack process, label order process, and others. Perform related work as assigned and assist with special projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess global work experience (working across regions and cultures). Must be a self-starter, and initiative-oriented with a focus on process improvements. Must be a critical thinker and possess problem-solving skills. Must be a team player. Must possess great time-management skills. Must possess good English communication skills (verbal and written). Must be detail-oriented and extremely accurate in documentation. Must be able to present data professionally and articulately. Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, excel, PowerPoint, Word, BI tools (Power BI). Experience in the following will be a plus: AS400, Flex, Tableau. #LI-DC1 Hiring Range: $64,800.00 USD - $81,000.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
