Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and craft a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and recipes
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations) to serve alcoholic beverages
