Must be able to spray using an airless sprayer

Must have experience with oil paint, painting woods and metals

Must know how to prep for minimal spillage and mess

Must be able to paint trim and cut-in with minimal tape

Must be able to meet project deadlines

Must take pride in self and paint performance

This is a performance based position. This means that the more milestones you complete and the higher your productivity on a milestone, the more you get paid. We pay bonuses and give pay raises based on your milestone completion.

We pay between $18 - $28 hourly. Don’t tell us how much experience you have, prove it. The more milestones you complete and productivity you bring, the faster and more you get paid.

Bonuses Pay increase every 4-5 days

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Prepping for Painting: 3 years (Required)
• Cutting and Rolling: 3 years (Required)
• Oil Based Paints: 3 years (Preferred)
• Airless paint spraying: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
