Marketing QA Associate

Due to major growth we are expanding our Marketing team in San Francisco and currently looking for an entry level Marketing QA Associate to join the team.
In this role you will work alongside key business stakeholders to shine a light on performance and provide insights that help to improve our products and drive profitability and growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, plan, and execute the best standards in QA practices and procedures to test Braze campaign setups, functionality, and data flow across multiple channels, from highly complex drip campaigns to one-off sends, as well as liveops event configurations in admin.
- Ensure that comms are properly reviewed to meet brand guidelines for art, tone of voice and legal requirements, as well as contain no spelling and grammar errors.
- Monitor deliverability and IP reputation for all email campaigns, keeping benchmark documentation, flagging deliverability concerns, and providing solutions when deliverability does not meet benchmark.
- Provide stakeholders with email reporting analysis and insights for campaigns with a regular cadence, and make recommendations for testing scenarios, content enhancements, and process improvements.
- Be the primary point person to communicate across departments and continually set expectations with stakeholders about the project timelines, identifying at-risk dates and mitigating the risk with regular check in’s
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree with Marketing, Communications, Analytics Degree, or similar experience
- Braze platform experience
- Can execute test plans, scenarios, or procedures independently and collaboratively
- Can identify, communicate, document, and elevate issues in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with user workflow management tools (Office, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Slack, etc.)
- Highly creative, motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys developing innovative ideas, solutions, and finding areas of improvement
- Bonus: 1 year of marketing experience or experience in a QA role
