Local construction company in need of part time secretary office manager to handle payroll, insurance requirements, bookkeeping, along with doing tasks to help the company run smoothly. This person should have knowledge of quick books and be able to do spreadsheets and run after prints and deliver estimates by email and send out invoices along with bill pay. Pay will be based off experience and possibly salary with pto.
