What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Via Entertainment?
Via Entertainment is seeking an experienced Shift Leader who oversees guest services operations, including front desk to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Provides direct supervision to guest services employees
- Trains new guest services department personnel.
- Check guests in and out for bowling reservations and events
- Responsible for cash handling procedures
- Dealing efficiently with day to day guest service queries.
- Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the facility; covering for employee absences.
- Good understanding about the Point Of Sale system.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of guest service, supervisory experience, experience handling cash, and general administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
