What do we need from you as a Satellite Technician Field Operations Supervisor?
Must be able to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
Organizational skills are a must have in this role.
· Excellent communications skills that can provide leadership and manage overall direction for the Field Service Technician team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
· Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus
· Ability to direct, coach, and develop technicians to create a high performing on site service and install team that can consistently meet our sales and customer service metric goals.
What does a Satellite Technician Field Operations Supervisor do?
· Supports new employees through training and future development, while demonstrating and coaching behaviors that ensure quality customer service and on-site sales success
· Perform and oversee training for existing technicians on changing processes, procedures, and technologies that we service and install
· Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate and coach team members regarding quality service and adherence to safety standards as well as ensure customers are satisfied with our work.
· Address escalated customer and/or employee issues according to company policy.
Performance and metric review weekly with team at minimum. (basic excel skills a plus).
Must be 21 years of age or older; possess a valid driver's license; ability to obtain an elevated understanding of processes, procedures, and responsibilities performed by direct reports; ability to write reports and correspondence; technical, or vocational school a plus; successful completion of criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR check; must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders 28' and above, work in confined spaces, and all weather.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
