The company is a private, family owned business founded in 2002 with its headquarters in Lynwood, CA. Operating on a global scale and based in a 240,000 sq.ft warehouse, Via Trading utilizes its scale and expertise to create a one stop shopping experience to fulfill customer surplus merchandise needs.
This position is located at our Liquidation facility in Lynwood, California.
Drive and lead sales growth by building a network of long term, repeat customers. The Account Manager will be a member of the Sales Team with the core responsibility of servicing and developing our customers in order to ensure long term, repeat business.
This is an in-house position in our Liquidation facility in Lynwood (Los Angeles), California.
No cold-calling is required
Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent:
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets set out in the annual plan using persuasive business arguments.
Achieve and maintain excellent communication with all accounts on the business benefits of sourcing their supply through Via Trading and respond effectively to our customers' needs.
Promote a culture of service excellence, collaboration, building trust and responsiveness.
Engage key accounts and internal teams to better enable ongoing business for the purpose of continued revenue streams.
Contact and activate new accounts in line with our annual new business development targets and retain existing customers by providing excellent service levels.
Be alert to, and report on all significant information, which may affect Via Trading business such as retail developments and competitor activities.
Stay current on industry trends and issues. Participate in and attend industry related events.

Desired Skills and Experience
Literate, Numerate, PC skills, good practical and analytical skills.
Fluent in English & Spoken Spanish.
Employment record should show related sales experience, logical career progression, honesty and reliability.
Experience in liquidation and/or close out industry & Trade Shows is considered a plus.

Related Undergraduate degree or higher
Successful Candidate(s) will receive:
Minimum guaranteed income of $60K per annum during the intial 6 month trial period
Base Commission Monthly & Quarterly Bonus & Incentive Plan
Real & Proven earning potential well in excess of $100K/year
Comprehensive ongoing training in addition to the 10 day induction program for new starters.
Company contribution of 75% towards medical plan (after fulfilling a 90 period).
