We are looking for a Clinician to work in our MOMS Partnership® program, which reduces depressive symptoms for over-burdened under-resourced mothers by bringing mental health supports within reach. MOMS is seeking an individual to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and community outreach workers, conducting structured interviews (via telephone, in person, and web-based), co-facilitating groups, performing assessments, and engaging community members and stakeholders.

Position: Bi-Lingual Clinician
Location: Springfield/Holyoke, MA (Remote Opportunity)
Hours: Part Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Varied shifts with availability to work occasional nights and weekends
Summary:
- Receives training in the MOMS Partnership model and intervention, then leads MOMS groups, which are cognitive behavioral therapy-based classes designed to help mothers build stress management skills and achieve reduced depressive symptoms. Participates in the recruitment, screening, and determination of eligibility (including triage to facilitate adequate care if and when needed), and enrollment of potential participants.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and ability to demonstrate through lived experience. Experience working with manualized adult-based treatment models as well as experience working with culturally diverse and economically disadvantaged populations. Ability to travel throughout the Greater Springfield area. Excellent organizational, verbal, telephone, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines. Communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Broad basic computer knowledge, including web browsing, emailing, spreadsheets, and Word documents. Fluency in Spanish required**
