Vial’s co-founders (Simon Burns and Andrew Brackin) were early team members at $10B startups Robinhood, Opendoor, and Newfront. Our early team is made up of experienced technology and operations leaders from Apple, Google, Faire, Chime, TPG Capital, and other leading technology companies.

What You'll Do
Vial is a leading clinical trials research site network with a focus on dermatology and ophthalmology. We are looking to hire a new Clinical Data Entry Specialist. A perfect candidate has experience working in a clinic with data entry or clerical experience.
This role includes the responsibility of acting as a Clinical Data Entry Specialist at the Midwest Eye Institute in Carmel, IN.

- Current state-of-the-art technologies and therapies are employed for both diagnosis and treatment in all ophthalmic sub-specialties. - Midwest Eye Institute has well-respected physicians known locally, nationally, and in some cases internationally, in every sub-specialty service of ophthalmology.
- Many of our fellowship-trained medical professionals are also committed to ophthalmic research and education in their specialty areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and verification for study-specific collected information
- Contribute to and support research activities at the site through:
- Completing daily project-specific data entry, query resolution, and other data management responsibilities
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry
- Enter applicable information into applicable systems
- Perform job functions within the site and regulatory expectations
- Other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
- Experience in ophthalmology preferred
- Ideally, experience in Clinical Data Entry
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of clinical procedures, laws, and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
