Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for conducting targeted weight loss program product
inbound, outbound sales and retention campaign calls, as well as meeting sales conversion and other
metric goals. The Representative is responsible for servicing inbound calls from marketing campaigns
across all LA. County and the State of California.
Duties
Inbound Product Sales Calls:
Handles incoming phone calls appropriately. Conducts inbound calls relevant to Click to Call Campaign.
Responsible for ensuring all calls are answered. Ensures that there is appropriate phone coverage during
the department’s business hours. Maintains a high standard of customer service, product knowledge,
and professionalism at all times.
Outbound Product Sales and Follow up Activities:
Conducts outbound calls relevant to click to call campaigns and after-hour messages, as well as website
inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in inside sales
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Comfortable with sales, convincing and warm calling techniques
- Understanding of technology sales and marketing strategies

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
