Our leadership team is all about making sure our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) get the support and training they need. We've got engaged BCBA Supervisors who are here to help too. We believe in personalized training, tailored to the experience of each professional. After all, these dedicated folks are the ones opening doors of opportunity for these kids.
We've also teamed up with our care partners at Paradigm Health, who offer Physical, Occupational & Speech Language Pathology services. So, when a family is with us, they get all the support they need in one place.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Core Responsibilities:
- Establishing a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a BCBA.
- Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA based on the client’s treatment and behavior plan.
- Complete data collection for each client as directed and communicate notable findings from sessions to client’s behavior analysis applications and forms.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members.
- Maintain professional relationships with client’s parents/caregivers and all other team members.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and always demonstrate professionalism.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- ABA Experience
- Current, unencumbered RBT Certification or completion of the 40 hour certification course
- Ability to provide care in home environments
- RBT Certification or a willingness to learn the needed skills.
- Experience working with children
- Bilingual is a plus!
