As a Virtual Therapist at Vibrant Mind, LLC, you’ll be a crucial part of our mission to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients from the comfort of any HIPAA compliant location in Michigan. You’ll work with a diverse clientele, providing individual and group therapy through secure online platforms. Your role will combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, engaging approach to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Duties

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs, progress, and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, following all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in therapy.
• Bring a positive attitude and a touch of humor to your sessions, making therapy a more enjoyable and approachable experience for clients.
• Collaborate with a team of other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Full, current, and valid licensure to practice therapy in Michigan.
• Proven experience providing therapy with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and insight through a virtual medium.
• Comfort and proficiency with using video conferencing and electronic health record systems.
• A sense of humor and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level, making therapy both effective and enjoyable.
• A strong work ethic, with a commitment to providing high-quality care for clients.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
