Manager, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Are you an experienced digital marketer looking for an opportunity to drive innovation and growth in search marketing? Are you passionate about customer marketing and optimizing natural search touchpoints throughout the customer journey?

As the Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our natural search engine optimization (SEO) program. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, evangelize SEO opportunities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria's Secret and PINK brands.

• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns
• Create search marketing plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute day-to-day tactical website updates, and drive growth by following the SEO roadmap
• Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
• Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and influence innovation
• Identify new and emerging SEO opportunities, best practices, and industry updates

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
• Experience in SEO required
• Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
• Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
• Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships
• Occasional travel involved
