What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at VICTORY MOTORS?
- Identify potential client’s interest, answer questions, schedule appointments
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s inquiry, including follow-ups
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled properly
Requirements:
1. Must be willing to work in an office environment Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm
2. This is not a remote position
