You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of your responsibilities.
- Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
- Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
- Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time, and fully.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining the performance of your store by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.
- Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring they are providing our guests with a complete solution to meet their current and future needs.
As part of our retail stores, Store Manager compensation includes commissions and a base hourly rate.
As part of our retail stores, Store Manager compensation includes commissions and a minimum base pay of $19.5. We are proud that our Store Managers make a national average of $24.85 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. That's more than $50,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The estimated average maximum is $70,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week.

What we are looking for...

You’re open to new ideas, relate well with a variety of different people and are attuned to the needs of others to ensure that they can perform at their best. You know you’ve succeeded when your team is delivering.
You will need to have:
- Two or more years of relevant work experience.
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Training Requirements
All Store Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra
