The Assistant Maintenance / HVAC Certified Technician is to assist in ensuring that the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the organization by servicing maintenance requests, complete residential requests for maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
As a team member performance must align with the Company’s vision, services quality, and strategic initiatives in order to accomplish the operational objectives.
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the efficient operation and optimal financial performance of the community under the direction of the Community Manager.
The Assistant Community Manager will act as the Community Manager in the absence of the Community manager.
The Lead Maintenance is directly in charge of the preservation of the community, providing a clean and well-maintained home for our residents.
The Lead Maintenance is responsible for performing repairs in resident apartments and assisting in preparing units for rent (make-ready).
Teach and train the maintenance team and ensure every resident is provided with superior customer service.
The Leasing Manager is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while achieving the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals.

The Make Ready Technician plays a vital role in preparing rental units for new tenants and ensuring that properties are in optimal condition in a timely manner and according to the manager's timetable.
The Community Manager is responsible for leading and directing all community day-to-day operations to provide optimal return to the investors.
The Community Manager leads and motivates community staff employees to provide service to residents and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
The Community Manager will provide leadership in factors directly contributing to the property operational performance such as : implementing cost control, revenue improvement programs, developing and following annual operating budgets, plus sales and marketing plans.
