Title: Recruiting Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Reports to: Director of Business Support
Job Summary:
Vighter LLC is seeking a Recruiting Manager to design, plan and execute selection processes. The Recruiting Manager will lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team and provide guidance and training to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The goal is to attract top talent and establish a candidate pool, gain competitive advantage and fuel the company’s growth.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators
- Supervise all recruiting activities
- Provide training in the recruitment of healthcare providers
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure requisitions are prioritized and filled in a timely manner
- Facilitate recruiter training, note reviews, deep dives, check-ins, and weekly one-on-one meetings
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Evaluate Recruiter performance, conduct performance reviews and administer performance plans
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients and healthcare staff
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to be determined by the employee and the manager
- Design and implement new recruiting processes based on client needs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for new job postings
- Develop scripts for active positions
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media platforms/colleges, etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard and train new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply Recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports as requested
- Act as a point of contact for clients and for internal customers
- Promote company’s reputation as best place to work
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or similar relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Must have at least 5 years of experience managing healthcare staffing recruitment
- Federal Government recruiting experience is highly desired
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Ability to motivate employees

Employee Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day

- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders
- Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print
- Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear
- Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
- Must undergo urine drug testing
