Job Description/Requirements:
10 years of work experience in People Operations including at least five years leading the People Operations/HR function for a growing company with more than 100 employees.
Demonstrable experience developing new and/or improving people operations programs in one or more of the following areas: recruiting, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives, compensation, benefits, and/or HR compliance leading, developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust is a must.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
