We’re hiring a Product & Fulfillment Operator to help us grow the Vermont Maple Syrup brand nationally! You will be our main production and fulfillment person, responsible for turning 40 gallon barrels of organic maple syrup into our finished products–bottled and labelled maple syrup, packaged and labelled maple sugar–and fulfilling orders for wholesale and consumer customers. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into managing our maple bottling and fulfillment facility in Brattleboro, Vermont as we grow. You’ll work with a close-knit, passionate, results-driven team and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Bottling pure maple syrup – in jugs, glass flasks, leaves, and more!
- Making & packing pure maple sugar – from our organic maple syrup!
- Labelling – all finished products
- Packaging – cases for wholesale orders & smaller e-commerce orders
- Organizing small warehouse and maple room – for maximum efficiency
- Cleaning small warehouse and maple room – to ensure health & safety compliance
Requirements
- Excited to produce LOTS of organic maple syrup products, made sustainably on our own farm in Guilford, Vermont
- Hungry, eager to work hard, make money, and learn
- Self-starter, resourceful
- Organized
- Happy working independently

- Happy collaborating and taking direction
- Computer savvy
- Can lift 40 pounds
Bonus points if you have
- Prior experience bottling maple syrup / making maple sugar
- Prior experience in food production
- Prior experience in warehouse
