Position: Ophthalmic Technician
Location: Wicker Park, IL; University Village, IL; South Loop, IL
Pay: $18 hourly
Hours: M-F, 8:30-6pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering a captivating and memorable customer experience to all of our patients
- Consulting in frame selection for patients to help them find the best eye wear to meet their needs
- Perform adjustments and repairs when necessary
- Process contact lens/spectacle orders and review reports to monitor status on a daily basis
- Verify glasses and notify patients for dispensing
- Verifying vision insurance coverage and pricing exam and materials for patients
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close
